DIY marinated feta

I love feta. I could eat it from the jar with a spoon. Well actually, I do eat it from a jar with a spoon. Don’t tell anyone. Given it’s such a pretty looking pantry must-have I thought I’d try to make some myself and see how it turned out. Check it out:

These make great gifts at Christmas. Use different things for your marinade. I used fresh thyme, salt, peper corns and lemon zest but why not experiment with a little chilli, rosemary or garlic?
