Recipe request: Raw Chocolate Mousse

A rich, chocolate dessert

(sugar, dairy, wheat free)DSCF8928

Serves two: 

3 organic bananas

1 large organic avocado

1 small handful of hazelnuts or almonds (extra for decorating)

2 tablespoons organic cacao (extra for decorating)

Dried crumbled mulberries (optional) for decorating

Blend ingredients together in a food processor. Divide mixture into two small cups and decorate with a sprinkling of cacao, almonds and crumbled mulberries. Chill in freezer for an hour or two. Serve with piping hot chai or peppermint tea. Enjoy!
